An opulent and gastronomic Sussex Sparkling with vibrant red fruit character.  Meticulously crafted in the traditional method from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes, grown on the south-facing slope of Rathfinnys' single-site Vineyard. With a minimum ageing period of 36 months, this wine is an outstanding example of English Blanc de Noirs.
